IT Operations Specialist
We are a growing digital health startup developing hybrid drugs that combine pharmaceutical innovation with digital technology to improve patient outcomes. We're looking for a hands-on IT Operations Specialist to support our employees and business operations, administer our corporate technology environment, and implement technologies that help our business scale. You'll play a key role in delivering secure and reliable technology that supports our global workforce while partnering with teams across the organization. You'll work with Microsoft 365, Okta, Kandji, AI-powered productivity tools, and a diverse portfolio of cloud-based business applications, helping build and continuously improve our Corporate IT capabilities.

Work Environment
This role is based in our office in Ramat Gan, offering the opportunity to collaborate closely with our dynamic team in person.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support and manage employee IT requests across the organization.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, business applications and end-user technology issues for employees both remotely and in the office.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Okta, Kandji and other cloud-based business applications, including user accounts, licenses, permissions and application access.
- Partner with the Security Specialist to implement security controls and support identity and access management.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including user provisioning, devices, application access and IT asset management.
- Support the company's predominantly macOS environment using Kandji.
- Support workplace technology, including workstations, meeting rooms, networking, printers, and collaboration tools, while coordinating with external IT vendors.
- Configure and deploy new SaaS platforms and support system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and technology rollouts in accordance with established change management processes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to implement technology solutions that address business needs.
- Partner with the development team to evaluate, implement and support secure AI-powered tools and solutions that improve business processes and employee productivity.
- Recommend and implement improvements that enhance the employee technology experience and internal IT operations.
Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience supporting corporate IT in a cloud-first environment.
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Okta or a similar identity and access management platform.
- Experience with endpoint management solutions such as Kandji, Jamf or Microsoft Intune.
- Experience supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Experience implementing and supporting cloud-based business applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-powered productivity tools or business process automation.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences or another regulated industry.
- Microsoft, Okta, Apple or other relevant certifications.
