Hybrid Drugs for Fertility & Menopause

Medication can treat the biology. It rarely addresses what women live through alongside it - the stress and uncertainty, the sleepless nights, the strain on work and relationships. Remepy is developing Hybrid Drugs that pair established therapies with an app-delivered therapeutic protocol, designed to support women through treatments such as IVF and menopause.

IVF
3M+

assisted reproduction cycles reported each year

More than 3 million assisted reproduction cycles are reported worldwide each year - and the true number is likely higher. Fertility medication guides the biology, but women carry the rest: daily injections, shifting doses, constant monitoring, and weeks of waiting and uncertainty. The toll is well documented. In a review of more than 21,000 patients, the physical and psychological burden of treatment was among the most common reasons people stopped fertility treatment before conceiving.

Menopause
6,000

women in the US reach menopause every day

About 6,000 women in the US reach menopause every day. Up to 80% experience hot flashes and night sweats, which often last more than seven years. 34% of midlife women report moderate to very severe symptoms, enough to disrupt sleep, work, relationships, and wellbeing - yet only about 25% receive treatment. Medication can ease some symptoms. Others - sleep, mood, cognition, and long-term bone and muscle health - need more than a prescription. And for women who can't take, or would rather avoid, hormone therapy, the gap is wider still.

One Treatment, Two Layers

Women's Health Hybrid Drugs are designed to enhance the medication - and support the woman taking it.

Each program pairs an established drug with a personalized digital protocol. The protocol adapts to where she is in treatment, how she is feeling, and what she needs that day.

  • 01 The Drug

    Delivers necessary dopamine replacement.

  • 02 The Digital Layer

A personalized, AI-driven protocol delivered via app to target the "Behavioral-Digital Pathway."

The Outcome

By synchronizing drug delivery with motor and cognitive training (gait, voice, executive function), we aim to maximize the functional benefit of every dose.

What We're Designing For

  • Ease Distress

Tools grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help manage stress, anxiety, and uncertainty.

  • Support Daily Treatment

Medication reminders, stage-by-stage guidance, and plain-language context for what's happening and why.

  • Improve Sleep & Symptoms

Guideline-recommended approaches, including CBT for hot flashes (linked to menopause) & CBT for insomnia (CBT-I).

  • Protect Long-term Wellbeing

Personalized guidance on movement, nutrition, and cognitive training - offered as support and tailored to each woman's needs.

Built on Our Platform Science

Our Women's Health Hybrid Drug programs use the same scientific foundation as our Parkinson's research:
targeting stress, reward, and behavior alongside medication. The goal is to measure what matters to women and their clinicians.
Learn about the science.

  • Patient-reported Outcomes

Validated scales for distress, sleep, and quality of life.

  • Treatment Data

Adherence, tolerability, and whether women complete their planned treatment.

  • Biomarkers

Markers of stress such as cortisol and related pro-inflammatory cytokines, where relevant.
