This Privacy Statement explains how Remepy Health Ltd. (“Remepy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information submitted through this community updates sign-up form.
Subject to the consent you provide through the form, Remepy may send you periodic communications through the Remepy WhatsApp Channel, SMS, and/or email (collectively, the “Communication Channels”). Remepy may use one or more of these Communication Channels based on the contact information you provide and how Remepy administers its communications program.
Providing your information and joining Remepy’s updates list is voluntary. You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time, as described below.
1. Information We Collect
When you complete this form, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as:
- First and last name;
- Email address;
- Mobile phone number;
- Country and state of residence;
- The date and time you submit the form, the version of the consent language and Privacy Statement presented to you, and records relating to your consent or withdrawal of consent;
- Information about the delivery of and interaction with our communications, such as whether an email was delivered or opened or whether a link was selected, if these tracking functions are enabled; and
- Technical information collected when you use the sign-up page, such as your IP address, device type, operating system, and browser type, to the extent such information is collected.
2. Voluntary Submission
Providing information through this form is voluntary. You are not required to submit this form.
There is no legal requirement for you to provide the requested information. However, if you do not provide the required contact information and consent, Remepy will not be able to add you to its updates list or send you communications through the Communication Channels.
Submitting this form does not enroll you in any clinical trial or study, does not mean that you are being screened for any clinical trial, and does not guarantee eligibility for any clinical trial or program. If a clinical trial or study becomes relevant, Remepy may contact you with more information and next steps. Any participation in a clinical trial or study would require a separate consent process.
3. How We Use Your Information
Remepy may use the information we collect to:
- Send you updates, newsletters, and other information about Remepy, its activities, research, development programs, products, and company developments through the Communication Channels;
- Send you Parkinson’s-related updates that may be relevant to your interests;
- Provide information about potential future research studies, clinical trials, or other research opportunities relating to Parkinson’s disease, if and when relevant;
- Invite you to webinars, conferences, educational programs, and other Remepy events concerning Parkinson’s disease;
- Invite you to participate in patient feedback activities, user groups, surveys, interviews, or product-experience research;
- Maintain and manage our contact list and communications with interested individuals;
- Measure the delivery and effectiveness of our communications and improve their content, where communication tracking is enabled;
- Maintain records of consent, withdrawals of consent, and opt-out requests;
- Protect the sign-up page and our systems, prevent misuse, and investigate security or technical issues;
- Respond to your questions or requests;
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, compliance, or recordkeeping obligations.
Some communications may contain promotional or marketing content concerning Remepy’s activities, products, services, research, or programs.
An invitation to participate in a study, survey, interview, feedback group, or other activity does not constitute consent to participate.
If separate consent is required for participation or for the collection and use of additional information, Remepy will request it separately.
4. Communication Channels and Consent
Remepy will obtain your consent to receive the communications described in this Privacy Statement through a separate checkbox presented with the form. The checkbox will not be selected in advance.
That consent applies to the Remepy WhatsApp Channel, SMS, and email. Remepy may use one or more of these Communication Channels, and the sign-up process does not provide separate channel selections.
The Remepy WhatsApp Channel is a one-way broadcast channel. Remepy may publish updates and content through the Channel, but followers cannot post content or send messages to Remepy or to other followers through the Channel. Following the Channel does not, by itself, cause WhatsApp to display a follower’s phone number to the Channel administrator or to other followers. Remepy may separately receive your mobile phone number when you provide it through the sign-up form.
Remepy may send you a link or invitation to follow its WhatsApp Channel. Your use of WhatsApp and WhatsApp Channels is also subject to the terms, privacy policies, and technical functionality of WhatsApp and Meta, which Remepy does not control.
SMS and email communications sent through the updates list are also intended to be one-way. Replies may be processed for opt-out purposes where supported, but other replies may not be monitored or processed. Please do not send medical, confidential, or other sensitive information by replying to a communication. For general inquiries, use the contact details in Section 14 below.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply to SMS or WhatsApp use.
5. How We Share Information
Remepy will not sell your information.
Remepy will not share your information with clinics, healthcare providers, research sites, or other third parties for their own marketing purposes.
If it later becomes appropriate to provide your information to a clinic, healthcare provider, research site, investigator, or other research organization in connection with your potential participation in a particular study or activity, Remepy will provide an appropriate additional notice and obtain separate consent where required.
We may disclose information to trusted service providers that process information on our behalf and help us operate the sign-up form, administer our communications program, maintain our records, and provide related services. These providers may include:
- Form and landing-page providers;
- Customer relationship management and communications-platform providers, including ActiveCampaign;
- Cloud hosting, storage, backup, and record-management providers;
- Email, SMS, and telecommunications providers;
- Information-security, technical-support, and analytics providers; and
- Legal, regulatory, accounting, and other professional advisers, where appropriate.
These providers may process the information only to provide services to Remepy, subject to Remepy’s instructions and the applicable agreements, except where an independent platform processes information directly from its users under its own terms and privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental authority, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or legal interests.
6. Confidentiality and Security
We will treat your information as confidential and use reasonable administrative, technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect it against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.
Access to the information will be limited to authorized Remepy personnel and service providers who need access for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Opting Out of Communications
You may opt out of communications at any time. Depending on the Communication Channel, you may opt out by:
- Using the unsubscribe link or other opt-out mechanism included in an email;
- Replying “STOP” or otherwise clearly requesting that the messages stop, where SMS replies are supported, or following any alternative opt-out instructions included in the message;
- Contacting us at info@remepy.com; or
- Unfollowing the Remepy WhatsApp Channel through the options available in WhatsApp.
Unfollowing the WhatsApp Channel stops Channel updates from appearing to you but does not necessarily remove your information from Remepy’s updates list or stop SMS or email communications. To stop all communications, use the applicable unsubscribe mechanism or contact info@remepy.com.
If the SMS service does not support replies, each SMS will clearly provide another reasonable way to opt out. Remepy will honor reasonable opt-out requests and will not require an exclusive opt-out method where applicable law requires reasonable alternatives to be honored.
We will process opt-out requests within the time required by applicable law. A short period may be required to update the request across the systems used to administer the communications program.
If you opt out of communications, we may retain limited information as needed to record and honor your request.
Remepy may continue to send non-marketing communications where reasonably necessary to respond to a request, confirm an opt-out, comply with law, maintain records, or protect legal rights.
8. Retention
We will retain your information while you remain subscribed to Remepy’s updates list and for an additional period where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement.
We may retain information for a longer period where necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, compliance, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping obligations.
After you unsubscribe, we may retain limited information documenting your consent, the consent language in effect when you subscribed, and your opt-out request. We may use this limited information to prevent further marketing communications, address disputes, and demonstrate compliance with applicable requirements.
Information that is no longer reasonably necessary will be deleted or deidentified, subject to applicable law and Remepy’s record-retention practices.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, the laws applicable to Remepy, and the circumstances, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These rights may include the right to:
- Request access to or information about personal information maintained about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- Request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions;
- Withdraw consent or opt out of certain uses of personal information;
- Request a portable copy of certain personal information, where applicable;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, where applicable;
- Not be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights; and
- Appeal a decision concerning a privacy-rights request, where applicable.
California residents and residents of certain other states may have additional rights if the applicable state privacy law applies to Remepy and to the relevant processing activity. Nothing in this Privacy Statement is intended to provide rights that do not apply under the relevant law.

We will respond in accordance with applicable law. In some circumstances, we may be unable to grant a request in full, including where we are legally permitted or required to retain particular information.
10. Children's Privacy
This form and the communications program are not directed to children under 13, and Remepy does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this form. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information, please contact us at info@remepy.com.
11. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than the country where you are located, including Israel and the United States, where Remepy and its service providers may operate. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws in your country of residence. Where required by applicable law, Remepy will take appropriate steps to protect your information in connection with such transfers.
12. No Public Identification
Joining the updates list does not authorize Remepy to publish your name, contact information, or other identifying information provided through the form in a scientific publication, press release, marketing material, website, social-media post, or other public communication. Remepy will obtain separate permission before making such a public use.
13. Changes to This Privacy Statement
Remepy may update this Privacy Statement from time to time, including to reflect changes in its activities, technologies, information practices, or legal obligations.
The “Last updated” date above will indicate when this Privacy Statement was most recently revised. If Remepy makes a material change to how it uses previously collected information, it will provide additional notice and obtain additional consent where required by applicable law.
